Hallmark Health Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice (HHVNA and Hospice) is a not-for-profit, fully accredited agency serving Malden and 22 cities and towns north of Boston. The agency has consistently been named to HomeCare Elite, a national compilation of the top-performing home health agencies in the country, and recognized by MassPro, the state's Medicare quality improvement organization, for the high quality of its clinical care. HHVNA and Hospice provides health screenings, educational programs, and bereavement and caregiver support groups. Lifeline Emergency Response and an adult day health program are also available. Private care services are offered through HHVNA and Hospice's Best Care Program. Best Care provides everything needed to make living at home a comfortable and fulfilling experience.
