My catering hours are flexible and by contract. My retail food truck operations are scheduled to begin in April. Hours and locations will be posted through social media and on my website.

I'm a longtime Boston area executive chef. I'm joining the ranks of upscale food trucks with Brother Trucker Presents: Go Fish. My first truck will be out on the roads by April. My primary market is Boston, but I hope to work within Malden, my home, as well. Aside from street vending, I will be a caterer offering customized, on-site, full service catering to fulfill any needs, from small party to large wedding to corporate function. Casual to fine dining. I'm a graduate of the Culinary Institute of

America, and a veteran of over 30 years in the business! I've been a Boston area chef since 1987, working in hotels, fine dining, the corporate world and as a consultant, caterer and restaurant owner. I can work closely with the client, and with my network of professionals in the industry, to customize the perfect event to suit your needs.

Personally, this restaurant means more than just serving dinners and drinks for a profit. To me, this restaurant is dedicated to the memory of my father Robert Crowley, also known as "Bobby C". He was a postal worker during the day and an entertainer at night.

As you enter Bobby C's, you will immediately notice all the photos and hear the awesome sounds of my dad's entire musical career spanning from 1966 to 2003. This restaurant will carry his name and legacy.
